By accessing, registering on, or using the ph622 platform (the "Platform") at ph622.club or any associated mobile or web application, you ("User", "Player", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplementary rules applicable to specific games or promotions offered by ph622 ("ph622", "we", "us", "our").

- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion program — whether through ph622 directly or through any PAGCOR-administered exclusion registry.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
ph622 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and refusal of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.
03 Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) ph622 account only. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ph622 employs technical and manual controls to detect and merge or close duplicate accounts.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Account credentials, including your username and password, are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your ph622 account login details with any third party. ph622 will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
ph622 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where ph622 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
ph622 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts are displayed in the ph622 cashier at the time of transaction.
Deposits: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your ph622 account instantly upon confirmation of receipt. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect. ph622 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
- Your ph622 account must have completed KYC verification with a valid government-issued Philippine ID.
- Any applicable wagering requirements on deposited bonus funds must be met in full before the bonus-derived portion of your balance is eligible for withdrawal.

05 Bonuses & Promotions
ph622 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:
- Wagering Requirement: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) before the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly when each bonus is issued or claimed.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a ph622 account at any time unless ph622 explicitly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
- Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. The applicable contribution rates are stated in the promotion terms.
- Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or un-wagered bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without notice.
- Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts, or other abusive practices is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account termination.
ph622 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility, ph622's decision shall be final.
06 Game Rules & Betting
All games available on ph622 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
Bets once confirmed and accepted by the ph622 system are final and cannot be reversed. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects game outcome, ph622 will void all bets placed during the affected period and return stakes to player accounts. ph622 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such technical events.
ph622 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games, and works exclusively with licensed live casino providers for live dealer content. RTP (Return to Player) figures and house edge data are available within the platform.

07 Prohibited Conduct

Violation of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Registering using false, inaccurate, or another person's identity information
- Operating more than one ph622 account simultaneously or in succession
- Colluding with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game

- Exploiting errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities in any game or the Platform itself
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using ph622 as a vehicle to obscure the source of funds
- Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider for the purpose of extracting funds from ph622
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful
- Engaging in any conduct that ph622 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players
08 Intellectual Property
All content on the ph622 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of ph622 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content of the Platform without ph622's prior written consent.
09 Privacy & Data
ph622 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a ph622 account, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

ph622's total aggregate liability to any single player in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph622 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are secure and appropriate for accessing the Platform.
12 Termination
ph622 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, where:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms
- ph622 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a competent authority
- ph622 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
- Your account has been dormant for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months
Upon termination for breach, ph622 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance in the account, including bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play. Where termination is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, ph622 will make reasonable efforts to return verified deposits net of any outstanding obligations.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph622 Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of the Philippines or such alternative dispute resolution mechanism as ph622 may designate, including mechanisms available under PAGCOR's player dispute resolution framework.
ph622 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players with unresolved complaints may escalate matters to PAGCOR's relevant regulatory channel in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures.
14 Amendments to These Terms
ph622 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph622 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via email to the registered address associated with your account or via a prominent notification on the Platform.
Your continued use of the ph622 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting ph622 support.
